My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms provided an excellent view across the river Tyne towards the Sage, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. It was a perfect experience, as the rooms were spacious and just made me feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect for us, allowing a nice hot bath and providing very comfortable beds. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of Newcastle city centre and only about 10 minutes from the Utilita Arena. The views over the Quayside were stunning, and the rooms were spotless and extremely well-equipped. However, the dining experience could be slightly improved, offering delicious options but lacking variety at times.
